Elora Wilkinson is currently a Project Manager with the Cogswell District Project for HRM, and has been with HRM for 9 years.  

Prior to joining the Cogswell Team, Elora led the Spring Garden Road Streetscaping project, and worked on updating the Regional Centre Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw as part of the Centre Plan project. 

Elora has a Bachelors of Community Design from Dalhousie University, is a Licensed Professional Planner, as well as a certified Project Manager through PMI.
