Luc Ouellet, LPP, MCIP,  is a Principal Planner with the Planned Growth Team of the Halifax Regional Municipality’s Strategic Projects Division. Luc currently leads a team of planners working on several comprehensive neighbourhood planning projects, in both greyfield and greenfield areas of the municipality, which will result in new transit-oriented communities providing housing and jobs for thousands of Haligonians. Luc’s 20-year planning career with Halifax has spanned both current and long-range planning and he has a special interest in regional and community planning, land use and built form regulation, implementation strategies, urban land economics, urban design, and regional economic development.
